My American Staffordshire Terrier (pit bull) had sores and pus pockets all along his back when he was about 10 months old. As a good dog owner I had him on Frontline to prevent fleas. He eventually developed a staph infection.
The vet said he would probably have to be on antibiotics until further notice. I did research and found neem oil. I took him off of the Frontline and instead used neem oil, which was a relief for me since I had a reaction to the flea repellent as well.
He cleared up in less than three weeks. His skin and coat has never been better! And no more infections or sores.
