If you have another place as cool and dark as your fridge, no.
In fact, you don't have to do anything. You can store it wherever you like. If you plan to use it all within a month it doesn't matter much.
But if you want to store it, store it in a cool, dark place. In most houses it won't get much cooler and darker than the fridge.
The cooler it is, the longer it will last. The longer you want to store it, the more important it is to keep it dark and cool.

Can neem oil be frozen?
Freezing Neem Not Recommended by: NatureNeem.com
You should store neem oil in a cool dark place and away from sunlight. Do not store above 46°C (110°F) and below 5°C (41 °F). When subjected to repeated freezing and thawing, Neem Oil will deposit a thick black viscous layer called stearin, at the bottom of the drums and containers. It is recommended not to allow Neem Oil to solidify and thaw, repeatedly. If neem oil solidifies due to low temperatures, thaw it gradually (for example putting in bottle in warm water below 95°F) . Putting the bottle in very hot water may reduce the effectiveness of oil.

Shelf life / by: Alpine Bob
Four years ago I bought two gallons of 100% neem oil. I mixed a batch and used it on several stone fruit and citrus trees with good results, no bugs or mold. I put the gallon and 1/2 gallon away in my garage and forgot them until this spring when mold knocked my apricots for a fatal loop. A bit late but I made up 30 gallons of spray and did all of my trees as insurance, hopefully beneficial. I have an unopened gallon jug left and I am wondering if I can use it to benefit, it smells ok, not rancid so?? Any thoughts? Alpine Bob
Did my neem oil go bad?NEW by: Anonymous
I have a couple of bottles of neem oil I put in a dark cabinet. I am not sure when I bought it but I ran across it today while cleaning out the cabinet. On one side of each of the bottles it is darker in color, a blackish color, with black spots. Is this possibly mold inside? If not, what is it and can I still use it?
